SCHEDULING:

  • Fax orders to (603) 537-3046  (Please be sure to include demographics, insurance and prior authorization if required)
  • If you prefer you may upload via secure email – UPLOAD HERE
  • We will reach out to your patient to schedule at the location of choice.
  • If an order is STAT please indicate clearly on the order. Please also call the office to alert us.
  • If a WET READ is required, please indicate clearly on the order and provide best number to reach physician

Please note if you are sending order with prior authorization be sure to include the portal (carelon, evicore) print out to expedite scheduling process.

If you are getting prior authorization from a phone call, please add the following information with the order: Authorization number, eligibility date range, reference number, who was spoken with, specification that the exam was authorized for Derry Imaging/a specific Derry Imaging location

Access To Images & Reports


Approved reports are typically available within 24-48 hours and faxed to your office. If you need a “wet read” please indicate on the order along with a direct number to reach you with the results.
