Suzanne Canali has lost more than 60 pounds after just over a year in the Weight Sense program. Although she always loved fruits and veggies, she struggled to find the time to exercise and prepare food properly. Since starting Weight Sense, she’s discovered that exercise actually makes her feel better, stronger, and more confident. 

The Weight Sense program has given Suzanne many options to change her health from a medical, “inside-out” perspective. She has found that other elements in her life have started to fall into place now that she’s made her health a priority.
