As Richard Hinkley has gotten older, he’s realized the importance of maintaining a healthy weight and making lasting lifestyle changes. 

The Weight Sense program has helped Richard lose 33 pounds in 20 weeks. As a self-described “record-keeper,” Richard finds it helpful to write down what he eats. He’s been more successful with Weight Sense than with any other program he’s tried. By learning about the calories in different foods and how to match foods together for the ultimate health benefits, Richard has maintained his loss and begun living a healthier life. He’s even recruiting friends to Weight Sense!
