Beth Hampton was managing diabetes and high blood pressure and needed appropriate medical support to help her safely lose weight. Through Weight Sense, she was able to drop 60 pounds, keep it off, and cut her medications in half.

Beth learned how to save calories when she prepares food and how to increase her physical activity. “I’m allowed to put me first,” Beth says, conscious of the fact that she can best support her family and friends when she herself is healthy .
