Approved reports are typically available within 24-48 hours and faxed to your office. If you need a “wet read” please indicate on the order along with a direct number to reach you with the results.

The 21st Century Cures Act, which went into effect in April 2021 (Diagnostic Imaging reports added July 2021) provides patients the right to have access to their medical records. Effective immediately, upon request by the patient we will provide a copy of their report in order to comply with this new law.  This may result in your patient obtaining their results before you as the provider have had a chance to review the report or schedule a follow-up visit with the patient. We strongly encourage patients to reach out to the ordering provider or their PCP with questions about the results, as we feel it is important to allow you the opportunity to review the results and discuss next steps with your patients.
